Debbie Langen brings more than 20 years of experience to her role in growing the CTM business. With a focus on large market and
global business development, she is passionate about building strong professional relationships and solving unique client problems. There is no customer too small, too large, or with a problem Debbie cannot solve.
As SVP, Sales, North America, Debbie is based in Denver and leads CTM sales nationally. She has been an integral part of CTM since our first US acquisition, and has worked closely with our sales team since 2013. Debbie is also an integral part of CTM’s global sales team.
As part of the CTM North America national leadership team, Debbie is responsible for supporting the US sales team via training, mentoring, coaching and strategy development. She supports the General Managers across the nation in growing their regions and providing them with the tools they need to manage the sales team directly.
Debbie also provides management oversight for the sales support roles including bid writing and future telemarketing staff. In addition, she is an individual contributor to the global sales team in directly securing large multinational clients for CTM.
