Corporate Travel Management’s COO, North America, Julie Crotts has announced plans for retirement. CTM benefited from her strong work ethic, ability to motivate change, and experienced approach to operational efficiency and staff development.
Julie started her career 33 years ago joining the travel industry as an agent. Her diligence and focus allowed her to grow into the respected global professional she is today. She has held numerous roles, including President, EVP, and lastly, COO, North America.
“It is fitting that I end my career with CTM, which has brought me together with some of the greatest people I have met over the last three decades,” she says. “What we have accomplished together is only the beginning for CTM and I wish everyone well in your personal and professional goals.”
In addition to her national role, Julie also led our Pacific region operations as SVP & General Manager. Based in our Seattle office, the Pacific region is a company leader serving the Government, Fisheries, and Leisure sectors.
As a company, we thank Julie for all that she has done for Corporate Travel Management and the exceptional gain her personal impact has had on our culture, our operations, and our employees.
