SVP & GM – Mountain Region

Jeanne Norton brings over 25 years of global travel and procurement experience to the CTM team. Her high energy and positive outlook in an ever-changing industry makes Jeanne a perfect fit to lead CTM in the Mountain region alongside a team of strong regional leaders across the United States.

Jeanne joins CTM as General Manager – Mountain Region based in our Denver office. As part of CTM’s senior leadership team, she is responsible for sales, account management and events management across Corporate Travel Management (CTM), Event Travel Management (ETM) and Allure Travel by CTM (Allure Travel) in the Mountain Region of the US.

After early beginnings as a travel consultant and tour leader, Jeanne was appointed Director of Travel for a major entertainment company where she developed and implemented a global managed corporate travel program to reduce expenses and improve overall customer service.

She was later recruited by American Express to manage operations for its entertainment division, Mark Allan, in Los Angeles and Nashville. Over the next 18 years, Jeanne assumed greater responsibility with expanded roles in sales, operations and client management across the national and multi-national corporate travel arena in the US and UK.

Jeanne received a Global Leadership Professional designation from the Wharton School of Business and Global Business Travel Association. She also earned a Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) at University of Houston and a Certified Travel Consultant (CTC) at Wellesley College.

The experience Jeanne has gained on the buyer side has given her the ability to empathize with the corporate traveler while her expertise and innovative style on the supplier side places her as a leading consultant in the industry.

Jeanne is excited to join the talented CTM team to continue to grow the business in the Mountain Region. She looks forward to collaborating with a strong team of national and multi-national travel professionals.
