Corporate Travel Management announces new role of COO to North America, Natalie Benson.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is honored to announce that Natalie Benson will be serving CTM North America (CTM NA) as Chief Operating Officer, beginning July 1, 2017. Natalie brings more than two decades of strategic operational leadership and financial expertise from the MICE and travel industries.

As our new COO, Natalie will be exemplary in demonstrating operational responsibility for CTM NA. Including continuing the journey of integration and creating strategic synergies across all regions and teams within North America to further enhance the Customer and employee experience.

Natalie will maintain her leadership role as CFO of CTM NA, making this a dual role as COO/CFO. Natalie’s longstanding experience in both operational performance improvement and commercial best practice, will have her well positioned to continue and inspire future growth and success at CTM. Natalie adds, “I was delighted to join CTM a little under 12 months ago, and extremely honored to take over the reins of COO in North America. A rapidly growing, global leader in the travel industry.
