NASPO ValuePoint Travel Portal

The NASPO ValuePoint Travel Center contains agreements for travel services that were competitively solicited by the State of Oregon using the Western State Contracting Alliance format. These agreements were solicited to meet public entity travel needs.

All of these agreements are open to:

All Participating States*
Any political sub-division in a Participating State*
Any political sub-division with permission from a non Participating State*

* Participating states are those states that have executed Participating Addendums with the Booking Tool, Vehicle Rental and Airline Contractors. Any State and political sub-division may use the NASPO ValuePoint Lodging Program without the execution a Participating Addendum.

Discounted Air Fare

The NASPO ValuePoint Discounted Air Fare program consists of agreements with airlines that apply discounts off of published ticket prices at the time of ticketing. This program is available for all domestic and limited international coach fares and requires performance measures and quarterly reporting requirements by participants.

Nationwide Vehicle Rentals

The NASPO ValuePoint Vehicle Rental program are agreements with Enterprise, National and Hertz rent a cars. These agreements offer deeply discounted rates along with unlimited mileage, one way rentals up to 500 miles and $1 Million liability and full Loss Damage Waiver protection. Roadside assistance and direct billing are also available under these agreements.

Nationwide Lodging Services

NASPO ValuePoint Lodging is a nationwide lodging program that contains over 11,000 qualified lodging facilities consisting of over 1,000,000 rooms that will honor GSA Per-Diem Rates for State and Political Subdivision employees traveling on official business.
