CTM rolled out an enhancement to the upcoming trips section in the CTM Portal for North America, introducing a direct link to traveler tracker for each individual trip.

This update, designed in collaboration with our global design team, was focused on improving both the user experience and operational efficiency for travel managers and bookers. With a single click, users can now access real-time insights into a traveler’s location and potential disruptions, making it significantly easier to monitor journeys and respond to alerts.

The benefits go beyond usability, this is a win for duty of care. By giving travel managers immediate access to live tracking tools from within trip details, the feature strengthens risk management capabilities and empowers faster, more informed decision-making in times of disruption.

Since launch, the uptake has been strong:

  • An average of 650 clicks per week
  • 35% account adoption across the NA region
