Case Study: Corporate Event Success
RW Baird, a CTM client, utilized CTM’s meetings and events team for their large corporate event, Baird Re:Union, to great success and happy event attendees.
Challenges
Baird was hosting their yearly event, Re:Union, with around 7,500 registrants, and close to 3,000 of those attendees flying in from across the country, UK and Germany. They were concerned with the logistics of moving this many people from many different locations to one spot (Milwaukee, WI), with no hiccups.
Solution
The CTM Meetings and Events team set a Travel Quote site Baird, in order for various groups within Baird with many arrival and departure dates and various rules and restrictions, to seamlessly arrive at the event. CTM M&E had weekly meetings with Baird, and our Operations and Account Management teams attended meetings as well to be in the know if any questions came up through this event.
Results
The Baird leadership team and their travelers to this event were highly pleased with the outcome the CTM Meetings & Events team supplied. One leadership attendee noted that they were “ecstatic” with how well the event went overall.
