CTM expands proprietary Sleep Space hotel commerce platform to North America, strengthening market position in content distribution.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has launched its proprietary hotel commerce platform, Sleep Space, into the North American market as the first part of its global rollout. This strategic move will deliver North American corporates access to exclusive hotel rates and inclusions, enhanced traveler benefits, while enabling more cost-effective distribution for global, regional and local accommodation providers.

Sleep Space’s proprietary distribution model reduces third-party booking costs for hotels and increases value for CTM’s corporate customers through better rates and inclusions, available through both offline and online channels, including CTM’s Lightning online booking tool and select 3rd party booking tools. Since launching in Australia and New Zealand in 2024, Sleep Space has delivered strong results for CTM customers, with more than 900,000 room nights booked, over 2,500 hotels contracted, and city rates averaging 13% lower than market averages.

Some of the world’s largest hotel chains have already joined Sleep Space to modernize hotel distribution and improve the corporate traveler booking experience.
