CTM and NASPO Announce Renewed Master Agreement

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) and National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) together announce a renewed partnership to offer US state organizations comprehensive travel solutions.

After a competitive analysis of travel providers, NASPO selected CTM to renew their partnership in August 2022. Together we are happy to announce the finalization of our renewed Master Agreement effective from March 2023.

NASPO Master Agreements are competitively solicited using a Lead State™ model, supported by a Sourcing Team™ comprised of multiple state procurement representatives and subject matter experts; leveraging the expertise and buying power of the many states and other participating entities.

CTM brings extensive government expertise to NASPO participating states as well as individual state and federal entities, having been a partner of record for the NASPO Value Point travel needs for multiple contract terms and renewals. The current NASPO portfolio includes 10 states, led by the State of Oregon, with the ability for all US states to participate under the NASPO-CTM Master Agreement.

CTM offers participating states and state entities a choice of online booking tool and agent service configuration to support travel needs, with access to comprehensive benefits including supplier group buying power and negotiation, duty of care, reporting, and user technology solutions to support the end-to-end travel experience.

In addition to comprehensive travel programs, all states can take advantage of NASPO ValuePoint Lodging—a nationwide lodging program that contains over 11,000 qualified lodging facilities consisting of over 1,000,000 rooms that will honor GSA Per-Diem Rates for State and Political Subdivision employees traveling on official business.

Maureen Brady, CTM’s Chief Operating Officer of North America says, “As a long-term partner to NASPO, CTM has helped the organization grow and evolve through excellence in travel management. First as WSCA [Western States Contracting Alliance] and now as part of the NASPO ValuePoint offering, we understand the goals and initiatives of each unique state entity and combine personal service and technology with the ability to negotiate greater savings across all NASPO organizations.”

Together, CTM and NASPO will make available new and industry-changing tools across all participating states. By offering CTM’s expertise and flexible proprietary technology, state procurement professionals can take advantage of a wide array of modern tools and service solutions while driving overall travel program success.
