CTP and E&I Cooperative Services Announce Renewed Contract for Travel Services

Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), a division of Corporate Travel Management (CTM), and E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) together announce a new contract to offer higher education institutions comprehensive travel solutions.

Following a competitively solicited RFP of travel providers, E&I has awarded a new contract with CTP, effective October 1, 2023 through September 2030 with an optional three-year extension.

E&I is the only member-owned, non-profit procurement cooperative focused exclusively on education. The cooperative delivers unsurpassed value to its members through a broad portfolio of competitively solicited contracts, technology-enabled procurement solutions and consultative engagements. As part of the competitively solicited contract, E&I members have access to CTP travel solutions, including user technology, agent support, and program management to ensure maximum safety, efficiency, and savings for educational travel.

CTP offers participating member universities and colleges a choice of online booking tool and agent service configuration to support travel needs, with access to comprehensive benefits including supplier buying power and negotiation, duty of care, reporting, and user technology solutions to support the end-to-end travel experience.
