E&I Honors CTP with “Best in Class Responsiveness” Award at 14th Annual Business Partner Awards

E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) announced the winners of its 14th Annual Business Partner Awards, which recognizes outstanding service to the Cooperative’s membership by its contracted suppliers.

This year, Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) was honored with the “Best in Class Member Responsiveness” award. CTP is part of the CTM Group of global travel businesses.

“This is truly an honor to be recognized for the service we are delivering to E&I members, said Christy Prescott, CTP’s CEO. “ We value the strong partnership and look forward to growing with E&I.”

Other winners included B&H Photo Video, Staples, Patterson Dental, and more.

Nominees were identified by a team of E&I representatives and evaluated based on several criteria, including contract utilization, member purchases, new member acquisition, level of service provided to members, and member satisfaction.
